Record what happens its probably due to a lot of packet loss or latency. Which version of Intersect are you running? -
It depends what you reset. This can be controlled by global events however very limited.

Nothing. Each other stat just effects damage and resistances which you can edit the exact ratios via the formula.xml file.

Cliffs shouldn't animate, the water should have some transparency and be put on a higher layer and will give the effect you want. We use this method in Nightmare.

@panda good idea however Q is currently used for blocking with shields.

Its good to define it as either a fanbased game or not from the get go. You can run into some legal issues down the way. Using things as inspiration is totally cool just you have to make sure otherwise it will stab you in the ass ages down the development line.

Nightmare gunna show all yo fools the true power of Intersect But yes myself and @Murdoc have been busy but just wait for our upcoming steam release thats gunna blow a hole in the ORPG scene, (hopefully).

Improper use is the biggest factor but the code is garbage. Fairly sure i coded it drunk at like 4am in first year (most of my code back then was also coded drunk ) -
then post it in the bug reports.

I would personally like to see a tutorial for each editor. So we can refer the average newbie to it.

You're clearly tallented but i can't help but think the styles and quality between sprites varies a lot. I think you should work on consistency to maintain the same style between sprites. All the best, keep at it

@SkywardRiver take this with a grain of salt. Your cliff walls are inconsistent. Cliff walls must always be the same height in 2D. On the left side, just right of the cabe enterance your cliff height in tiles decreases. Also I'm not sure I like what you're doing with your cliffs above the water ontop of the waterfall. You're shadows are also inconsistent. Remember your light source is always coming from 1 direction in game. In nightmare we use top left. Currently you have light coming from top left for the little mountain bridge and from the south for the cliff just above the canopy. Your fields are repetative and very bare, always try and shape a direction into your world! Maybe add a river or more cliffs to do this. Even a fence. You've got the skills to be better and I know you can take constructive criticism so I didn't hold back like i usually do xD. -
The server saves characters on a timed interval. I believe 15 minutes (don't quote me on this) or when the character disconnects from the game. The timed save feature is to minimise rollback if the server crashes.

Maybe try different shades of rock and material for houses? You probably could use autotiles and then just mask 1 and 2 objects on top of it.

Really great use of the projectile and lighting system. I think you should focus on your maps though, they are looking very plain right now -
Make the first animation be a static head of the kamehameha and all the rest static beam graphics. That or make an invisible projectile with a self cast animation with the correct offset.
