  1. @Roy great job man, awesome graphics and concept, keep it up. good times from old memories like maple story, nice to see something like that.
  2. @George please talk to me here in intersect forum, send me a PM @Blestro I liked the idea, would have some suggestion of character style, if we should continue with lpc or create one in the base that you think is better? ... the issue of tileset is very important.
  3. good job guys![
  4. Hi guys, Introduction I need a professional to give an identity to my project, bring professionalism and quality to the players, so that this happens I will invest in graphics and other things ... I am a C# programmer and I do not like/hate :> the design part, but I ended up becoming part of UI / UX but the part of characters and tilesets I owe. I've been planning this project investment and now the time has come. I would like to go in parts. Project I need tileset and characters with customizations such as a female and male model with some initial hairs, simple clothes and some armors, like a basic stuff pack to start the project and start testing everything. The game takes place in a familiar setting to the anime Log Horizon and I have a lot of visitors in indie db community. http://www.indiedb.com/games/elder-tales The tilesets would like something in that style of that ambiance, mixes fantasy medieval elements and also modern (naruto?). I'm using the characters and tilesets of LPC and I find it awesome, to save time the work could be done in that same style. Remembering that I do not need a lot of work in a short time, but in parts. LPC Reference: http://lpc.opengameart.org/ Tileset reference: The tilesets are also basic to start the project, where we will have some maps only and in future to expand. Log horizon reference (modern abandoned city): Conclusion I can close this investment by month or by kits, it is at your discretion. I can pay via paypal. I will be happy to hire more services, logo, illustrations etc ... Thanks for now.
  5. I'll send a message about it, we'll talk about it later.

  10. Hello mate, are you still working? I need a pixel artist for my project and I will pay for the service. Let me know if you are interested.
  11. holy mother god , I'm using unity engine in my project but I'm seeing a huge advance in this engine that made me stop and reflect on what to use kkk I have so much to do and the engine here already spares me that effort. I will keep an eye on you, you guys are revolutionizing the 'world maker' in the orpg style. congratulations.
  12. @UsuiTakumi3232 I'm really need of a pixel artist to give a unique identity to my project. I looked at the tileset above and I liked it a lot, I'm creating the game Elder Tales and I already own a good community, I wish I could deliver something of more quality to my players. I can pay for jobs via paypal. It would be great help, it looks for freelancers but until then nothing; x

wow!, I love this art style, keep this good work.
  18. Hi everyone, I would like help and ideas to create a formula to increase levels, I am creating the game Elder Tales and I need to find a good formula to raise the level of players, remembering that my game is in the style MMORPG 2D, same used in the intersect but in unity engine. The formulas of HP, MP etc are already defined, I need only a good formula of level up, who can contribute I am grateful. I will study every suggestion. I was thinking of something like that. But I would make some adjustments to the initial xp and max level. Thanks!.
  19. My old version of concept UI that I was using in the intersect engine, but I'm facing another engine that I've been using for years, so it was discontinued, you can see that the version is not up to date, but I've changed the whole UI part of the intersect. Remembering that until today I have never seen an engine to create a MMO so complete and practical is a great evolution for the makers and already realized a great quality of games that are to come with this engine. Keep up the beautiful work guys, it is very great to enter in the community and see the progress of the games of each one. Seeya!.
  20. Oh boy, I found this project concept fantastic, I really like this art style. Good work!.
  21. I'm using LPC graphics because they are free to use and so far I'm not going to pay a pixel artist, but I really like this graphics style and it suits the demand I'm using. Thank you for everyone's feedback, it helps me to improve more and more.
  22. @Gravelord The game is free to play, I added to the topic as you suggested. Regarding the distribution of points, I will still work on this part and in the best possible way to balance the players. Maybe modify to static or random points for each class or something of that type. I'm going to start improving that part by the time I add the combat system between players and monsters. Thank you for your comment, this feedback is very important. @Crest I understand your point, but I'm not using the Unity network system, but a C # system using sockets and photon network to handle some in-game stuff. So far I have had good feedback from the netcode I am using and is increasingly being improvised. Of course not everything is perfect but I'm having a positive feedback using SQL Server + Socket Serer C # and Unity to do the client part. Thank you for your comment, I hope you follow the project, every suggestion is welcome.
  23. Thanks, I appreciate the support.
  24. Project Concept This is a project made in Unity Engine (Version 5+), C#. Website: http://www.indiedb.com/games/elder-tales Free to play Informations Pixel Multiplayer Fantasy RPG Tiled Based Characters and Maps Photon Networking Engine SQL Server Data Engine World TCP Server Socket (C#) Features Multiplayer Cross-plataform Open World Immersive map design based on tilesets Elaborated maps with forests, rivers, mountains, ice places, villages and citys. Fun and beautiful 2d graphics (WIP design) Advanced melee/ranged/magic combat system Chat with players, trade, party and guilds etc... Day, night, rain and snow cycles Explore, build, fight and rise. Be a hero or farmer, be a expert swordmaster or intelligent alchymist, be everything you want. Day and Night System (old), new version will come. Test Server: The test performed above shows the server's large capacity to handle connections and multiple requests at the same time. Panels with fade in and fade out I have been added fade in and fade out effects to the panels like login, account etc... These effects give a better look at screen transitions and are widely used. In the above gif you can already see a change in the visuals of texts, colors and design but the graphic question will still be improved but it is something that we can use for test versions. Character Creation Some changes were made in character creation but it is also in progress because I want to add character customization but until then already works with the new server and 100% original The character creation is already synchronized with the server, has been added function to delete the character, until then can only have one per user but it is something that I will plan to add new slots in the future. New panels in-game The panels inside the game have also been restructured, with a better look and new concepts. all information is already being saved and loaded by the new server. The panels are draggable and have best fit into all screen resolutions. Equipment System and new UI Previously I had not implemented 100% the equipment system and the inventory but in this new update already we can see this advance when equipping items to show a visual in the player. Everything is synchronized between the server and client, all players can equip items, walk, have their own information stored and shared when necessary. (sorry, i'm naked). All graphics so far are free and may change over time but I really liked this new interface and I will keep this pattern for now. Map Overhaul I made some modifications in the world and the map where players will start the adventure but it is still in progress and will be added all objects, npcs, animals, effects etc... but I would like to share some pictures of the work that I am doing in the maps. I'm only using free resources but it can be changed over time but in the same color and concept pattern. Forward From now on I will further advance the project, improve some current functions and implement new systems. Soon we will have the long awaited test version even though it contains problems but will be essential for the project. In the roadmap I already have all tasks including the game world (maps) and not just systems features, because it is something that I want to evolve enough to launch a test version. Thanks guys! Continue to support us, the community is very important to the project.
