As a UI artist myself, this looks really really good. I actually really like the basic style. Some sort of preferences that I would make it stand out just a bit more is maybe a soft drop shadow on "The Unknown Order" or a bit darker if you already used one. On mobile hard to tell. I would also make the text Updates a bit smaller. Seems a bit close to the tops and bottom of the box. Minor gripes, all in all, 8/10.

Are you sure you are on the correct layer? Right clicking should be working in order to erase. That erase tool at the top is only to erase a whole map, I believe.

I believe the server loads 9 maps around the one you are currently on, so yes. The world will be seamless -

I knew the name "Rory" in game was you, just knew it. Played PPO for about 3-4 months, what a small world. On-topic: The UI looks fantastic, remember when the project had little to nothing to show, you are making big leaps and bounds now!
