  3. I’ve always loved this type of music just never knew what the genre was. Thanks for clarification @Xenogene! As for your tracks, I personally think they’re really catchy and upbeat. If you haven’t yet I recommend checking out the Axiom Verge sound track for inspiration. I love the game and the music is also amazing. Keep it up man I’m definitely looking forward to hearing more of your work.
  4. Took in a dog from a friend and fell in love with him immediately. Unfortunately though, my dog didn’t get along with him and I had to return him 3 days later. #heartbroken :’(

  9. When I first began my game dev journey it was all because I wanted to make a DBZ game. Now many, many, years later I think I finally have the skills to maybe pull a DBZ game off. Anyways, here some stuff I've been working on for a possible DBZ game.
  10. At current stage of the engine, no. You cannot add more walk frames or death frames or anything like that yet. Once the source is released though you could always program in all the features you want.
  11. Great tutorials. Only thing I would recommend are some pictures. Other then that they seem pretty straight forward.
  12. Everything that isn’t autotiles should either have an autotiles option already in the tiles I’ve added or they are already in the original tilesets. Unless I missed something, which could’ve happened, so if I did just let me know which tiles and I’ll get to making autotiles for them soon as I can.
  13. Its been a while but I have an update! I have added several sheets of tilesets comprised of edits of the current tiles as well as some new additions.

  16. You can show variables with the event system. If all you want to do is show stats from variables then you simply have to make an event that opens a dialog window and in the dialog box put something like /pv #. @jcsnider made a topic that shows what all you can show from variables/switches/etc for event dialog.   18. Not by any means the final product. Just wanted to show off some tiles I’ve been working on.
  19. If you have already mapped out a map using the tileset you want to rename then you will have to copy the tileset and rename it to something else. If you don’t copy it and simply rename it instead then the maps you have created will become blank. It would have been best to rename the tileset before you began mapping.
  20. I’m pretty sure you can do whatever you want with the intersect logo including completely removing it.
  21. As far as I can tell everything looks right. Only thing I could suggest is making the condition branch check if the player is level 5 or below and if so move them one down else send them to the map.
  22. The only tips I have atm is not the mix retro style graphics with modern style graphics. They don’t mesh well together.
  23. No not really. Honestly havent decided what I want to do with them yet. Thought about maybe making a patreon with them but I have also thought about making a game with them. Not too sure yet lol.
  24. Put together a little map with the tiles I've created for fun and added some characters to give it a little life. Also, made some bridge tiles.
