  1. 1. Yes. 2. Right Click on the "Intersect Client" then go down to rename and change its name. 3. Music needs to be placed in: Client and Editor / Resources / Music You need to go to Map Properties to set the song for each map. You can also use Events to change the song playing. 4. You need to put Sound Effects in: Client and editor / Resources / Sounds You then can assign sounds to weapons, spells, etc. You can also use Events to play sounds for traps, doors, etc. 5. *Not sure on this one, will get back to you.
  2. Easiest way is just to resize them to 32x32. *Also, welcome to the forum!
  3. You can find some good stuff here: https://www.gamedevmarket.net/ Specifically, the Time Fantasy Graphic packs.

Game keeps getting better, the more you show.
  5. I wouldn't stick them all in 1 giant folder. I put mine into subfolders:
  6. Those impalings are quite brutal. I like it, and the giant skull poking out of the sand.

I am really digging the art style. Good work!
  8. Grats, everyone! Things are about to get even more awesome around here.
  9. There are so many great things about this engine...
  10. My friends, I have been noticing some of you have been doing something dangerous and against Intersect's code of conduct. Until further notice, I will be watching you all and want you to be sure to report people doing the unthinkable. Here is a small flier to help you stop... think.... act.
  11. Where I live so far out in the country, hosting is impossible. This is definitely a service I would use.
  12. As JC said, Player Switches are the way to go for doors in almost every case. 1) Click Door. 2) Event Runs and checks condition if you have the key in your inventory. 3) Use Self-Switch(s) to open door (do animation). 4) Teleport.
  13. Congratulations! Glad to have you!
  14. Looks good. My only complaint is you used lower case letters for your words at the bottom of the gui; however, at the top (by the hp bars) you used capitalization in FPS and Ping. It should be one way or the other, not both. <3
  15. Honestly, buy them all from Game Dev. They are fairly priced and content is being released regularly for it. With all the packs you have a complete world (Terrain wise) and can make paperdolls by editing sprites or even new sprites by cutting and pasting them together. You can also find graphic packs that fit for weapons and items for a fair price on the site.
  16. Easiest way is to use the Quest Editor, after quest is completed unspawn the old npc and spawn the new one.
  17. Game Character Hub on steam is an insanely useful tool. I am also using the Time Fantasy graphics and jump between that program and Gimp.
  18. I like it. As others have said, using Audacity to clean up the background noise would make it better.
  19. Easiest way is to have a variable named "Checkpoint". As you progress or click a checkpoint assign that variable a number. When they die, they will go to initial map, have an Event run and check the condition of what number the Checkpoint variable is saved to. Then have said Event warp the player to that desired area.
  20. As long as you are happy, I am happy! Thanks for sharing. Keep us updated!
  21. Grats, my friend! The encouragement is definitely needed.
  22. I am in the process of assigning weapon paperdolls for my sprites. I have been manipulating a sword in different positions and needed some feedback on the best walk/attack animations. I am unsure which positioning is the most pleasing to the eye. Below is the sprite and a 32x32 weapon. I would appreciate any mockups or advice on making it look good. A general idea would greatly help with the rest of my weapons. Sprite: http://imgur.com/a/t1S5a 32x32 Sword: http://imgur.com/a/vCbEr
  23. As bad as Trump is, Hillary is worse. Either way, the people do not win.
  24. I do believe the day and night system is global only.
