    One of the best applications for Machine Learning imo is data science, wouldn't mind if you could do a writeup on that since it's quickly becoming a hobby of mine and I think it's a great use of machine learning to perform a task and conveys many of the aspects of it (although not all applications of data science are done using machine learning).

    @Tiro From what you described with the keyframes if you send me the separate frames and a completed sheet I could try creating a tool to stitch the frames together for you so all you have to do is edit the frames and run the tool.

    I love the look of all the art but it seems to be in completely different styles? The tiles are like 16 bit chrono trigger esque whilst the player sports a more simplistic style and the heal spell is smooth and hd, is there any reason or am I just blind and being dumb?

      The top one was a comment on the new additions to the site and how things slide in now and the new emotes page. 

      The bottom italics is because if you visit another users profile then the buttons are behind the user border.

    I am attempting to write an extractor for a format that I found stored in a PSP rom and it appears to be an archive that will contain the games sound data however I can't find any extractors for the format used (WAVE which is based on RIFF) however I could find documentation on it. I don't really know how I would go about processing the file and extracting the partitions using C#. The opening bytes of the file (stored as AT3) is: 52 49 46 46 10 DB 05 00 57 41 56 45 66 6D 74 20 which is represented as this in the hex editor (which told me the format): RIFF.Û..WAVEfmt Documentation on the format: http://soundfile.sapp.org/doc/WaveFormat/ Edit: Just to specify I know I can just use a BinaryReader but is there a better alternative? Edit 2: Managed to do it using a converter I found and got nothing of substance [actually turns out it was the main menu music] /thread lmao

    @Giligis I think a tool is the way to go if you plan to stay loyal to the game stats, it's easy to create something that loops through a set of data and adds it to the correct tables assuming there is an easy way to get and format the whole gens data.
