  2. In the first video I show you how to add/edit classes. You can edit the speed of a class through that or by items. Not sure if this was directed at me or not but if so, what?
  3. Intersect doesn’t have a default sprite size. As long as each sprite sheet is aligned in a four by four setup and centered accordingly they will work. That sprite should work just as it is. Don’t worry about the preview pic in the admin panel because the preview size/image shown is not how it will appear in game. Just make sure you type in the players name in the admin panel and push set sprite and it will work. @DougLife here is a link to some tutorials I made for intersect. They may or may not help but thought I would share.
  4. I see no reason why this sprite sheet wouldn’t work as is. If you could post an image of the sprite in game I might be able to assist you more.
  5. I can’t get in specifics right at the moment but I can tell you with the event system you can make a spell advancement system but as far as I know you can’t remove the icon from the spell window or hotbar with events.
  6. What you're trying to do can not be done with the json file. You will need to edit the source to achieve what you want to do.
  7. A feature I would like to suggest would be the ability to aim diagonally. This way if someone where to make a Metroid like game they wouldn’t be limited to just aiming left and right or up and down(if you and down are even an option at the moment). like I said, just a suggestion. Wouldn’t be disappointed if that is something doesn’t get added but it would be pretty cool lol.

  12. This can be done without a source edit. Of course it will require a bit of work on your part but I’ll link a video that will tell you how to do it.
  13. Time fantasy has a UI you could use. I believe it came in the extended release.
  14. Boo. I do not accept that answer lol. I’m assuming there is a specific X and Y coordinate that each piece is programmed too but since I’m no programmer I could be completely wrong(probably am).

    The city mapping does look alright but personally I am one of those people who prefer the smaller city maps. Just seems like a lot of area to cover especially if there really isn’t a need for it. Now if each of the houses has something to offer then I would say covering that much area is worth it. If not, then it’s just forcing players to spend more time traveling. With all that aside, the map looks cool either way lol. as for the UI, I like it. Nice and slick.
  19. With the release of the source code I decided to go ahead and make an overview video of sorts about the Intersect Engine. Figured since I have been making tutorial videos it might help if I had a 'What is' kind of video as well. Note: Had some issues with my recording software so there might be some lag and blurriness in the video. Sorry about that. What is the Intersect Engine(video):
  20. Episode 5 is now out! In this video I start out with making a basic event which uses player switched to open doors. Very basic, but it will help get your feet wet if you have never messed with the event editor. As always, if you have any suggestions on how to improve the series please let me know.   21. Make an event that changes the players sprite, set a timer, and at the end of the timer have it change the player sprite back. when you make your spell set all the buffs you want applied and have it trigger the event that changes your player sprite. It will work, I have done it.

  23. I’m pretty sure this would require source to do. At the moment I can’t think of anyways to make a system like that work with the event system.
