  1. I'd be open to doing it as soon as possible but with this being a limited alpha, and a Halloween event, I think we're going to wait til the time is right.
  2. @PhenomenalDev like @SkywardRiver said, if everything goes as planed I'm sure it will be a fun experience. Even if we can't get the boss the way we are planning it will still be fun but it will be amazing if we do.
  3. Trust me. This boss /should/ be quite epic. What we have planned is unlike anything I've seen in any of these 2D engines.

    Thanks for the kind words Grizzy! I am also pumped for this game. The whole team has been working like crazy and we have some really cool things in store. I'm not sure all the cool things will be out by beta but we're trying our hardest.

    So it has been a while since any updates have been made for Life Forge but that doesn't mean the game hasn't been under going development! Lots of new things have happened for Life Forge and I can't go over everything right now but I will let you guys know that there is now a team working on this game. Currently the team consist of Skywardriver, Benjo, and myself. We have made massive improvements to the game and I will be changing the OP sometime in the near future to include all the new and amazing features. We are currently aiming to make a Halloween beta launch which will, hopefully, include some Halloween themed quests and Items. I'm not going to give away everything that is planned for this event but I will let you all in on one thing:
  8. Yeah there is currently no way to make items have a continuous animation like that. You would have to get someone to edit the source.
  9. For tiles you can just use events. I don't think there is a way to do it with items though. There are also animated tiles alongside the autotile feature but if you just want a singe animated tile then just use an event.
  10. You don't need a gif. Just to continuously play an animation.
  11. What you are wanting to do will require a source edit. I cant tell you how difficult it would be for sure but I would like to think it wouldn't be very difficult.

  13. Well to easily solve this problem I just wouldn't have flying nps in the game lol. But yeah like I said I'm not even going g to make a side scroller with intersect anyways.
  14. Yeah that was the original idea. I do have some more stuff to show off but it will be a bit before I can do that. I probably won't make a side scroller with intersect. Got another side scroller project going on and I'll let you all know more about it when the time is right so keep an eye out!

  16. 10? My guess is there is a limit so people don't go spamming likes to intentionally improve someone's reputation.

  19. Looks good. Only thing I feel it's missing is wrinkles but then again I'm not sure if you could do that with the limited space on the sprite.

  21. What about SSJ4? That has always been my favorite form. I'm not a big fan SSJ God, I feel it is just a cheap new SSJ form and looks too much like regular SSJ.
  22. From what I understand all images have a centralization code. So that would mean that you don't have to have paperdolls fit into the Sprite frame. I could be wrong on this so I would suggest giving it a shot your self. Agoraphobic and I tried this out but I also was using paperdolls that were much much larger then the player Sprite and for some reason the paperdolls were not rendered properly. I believe this is because, like I said, the paperdoll frames were much much larger then the Sprite frames.
  23. So let's say I wanted to make a fakemon game, are all the Pokemon coded in or is there an editor or something?
