  2. The place where i'm doing my test for the feature and the mapping of the game, added a nice music to it and some slime for testing. (Tree are animated and some flower too)

Hello everyone, I know sources edit are generally for personnal use, but i think these would benefit to everyone in the real build : Would it be possible to ensure that when editing an event / global event etc ... the scroll bar does not go up to the top with each edit? It doesn't sound like much, but when editing longline packages everything gets more tedious and sometimes hard to figure where you were. Also sometimes when you want to give / take an item the windows are too small and you can't be sure what to put ... And finally, it would be great if we could select more than one line at a time to copy / paste large blocks. Thanks in advance !

Well here's a way but it may not be good for you depending of what you expect of the speed stats : If you use static attack speed : You can make a spell named "Run" that increase speed (If you want it to be usable only out of fight, you can put a big big atk and ability power debuff on it during the duration) But ! I your speed stat also increase weapon attack speed, it can be a little tricky.
  6. Yes, and if you want can even do a randomize by setting a random variable when the player open the "bag" item. And if you want the player to be able to keep the "bag" after, just put a bag item in the reward, although i'm not sure that the items would spawn inside it...

  8. Hello ! Asking for advice on animation Here's my problem : I use an animation for tree to move with the wind, it work very nice but when laid on top of each other they they tend to bug. I've used all options in the editor i think, tried to see if the older tree was the one to be in the back but it seems to be full random... Edit : After tests it seems that this is the tree furthest to the right which has priority over the others. Weird

  11. Hello ! I don't wanna be a dream breaker or killjoy but, It's seems really really generic as story and gameplay, what's special in your universe? Is there a game design idea that would make us wanna play or it is a carbon copy of a ultra classic speech saw again and again?   12. Hello ! Simple question but couldn't find any answer : What is "Stat bonus range" on item pannel ? I thought it was if the item had random bonus on his stats like if the item is 50 attack and the bonus range was 5, the item would have between 45 and 55 atk, but it doesn't seems to work like that. Edit : After more testing, it seems to behave like that, but it's doesn't work on hp/mana. and it can apply to every other stats. Since it seems harcoded, i believe there is no other way than source edit to modify this ?
  13. For a quick way of converting rpg maker sprite, you need to readjust to 32x32px 4 Frame, rpgmaker sprite are 48x48 3 frame? You can easily do that by copying the middle one frame (Wich look "static") as the 4th frame and i will be ok Here's an exemple : And the originals: For the pixel art, well it's hard to judge, it's very small ^^"

Not sure what your question is really about but, If it can help you : you can browse on deviantart pixel art for model and here's some ressources for sprites you can use as model : https://rpgtileset.com/ https://www.deviantart.com/schwarzenacht/art/PandaMaru-MV-nature3-647358534 You can first use other sprite and just do little modifications. It's a good way to begin i think.
  15. You can still use an event/common event/npc event to complete the kill count no matter how many kill was left to do. There's several way to use it.
  16. You can use AOG system for keeping kill count track, if it's what you're looking for.

I've been trying doing an easy spell combo system I know some way of doing it and was trying this one : Init Combo -> Combo 1 -> Combo 2 -> Init Combo/Nothing Var combo 0 or 3 -> Var combo 1 - -> Var combo 2 -> 0 To launch Init combo you needed var combo 0 For combo 1 you need var combo 1 For combo 2 you need var combo 2 Simple. the thing is : to make the combo counting up, i treat the spell as an event wich trigger the common event Combo. I've been trying to do it on one event page only (I know i can also use one common event for each spell, but i was trying to save place and gain clarity) And ! I wanted the var count to go back to 0 if you don't use the combo in the next 5 seconds. So it looked something like that, alas i didn't work as intended and i was never able to use the Combo 2 spell . So, i've tried using Self Switch : Absolutely doesn't work at all. it seems that common event cannot self switch ? As far as i know i've seen that "Global" Npc cannot use the set route event (Another story) Finally my last test seems to be the good one : So far it seems to be working. One regret, when using the "Event" Type option, the spell tooltips doesn't state about the dmg output, the range, conditions, etc... So my main questions are : - Are common event able to self switch ? - Is there another way to make combo like this ? (I know i can also use a simple counter wich go up when using spell and make some spell use it, like rogue on wow. Or use several common event : one for each combo) - Is there a list of these kind of limitation ? (Like set route for global event not working) - Is there a way to get a tooltips beside descripting everything in desc windows ? Thanks by advance is someone know something !

Here's some mapping for the "Forest of the Spirit God": At the end of these, the player will finish the tutorial and be sent to the main "Beast Realm" where he will be able to explore and learn more about his power and the other realm. Of course in game you will be in complete darkness except your own light and some green light to help you figure the right way.
  20. The past days, I've been working looking for usefull sprites that i will use for the differents "races" of animals and done a classification for the gameplay of the one i keepped. I've done also the map where you come after fleeing from the Orc, there is an everbattle between human coming from the east and the Orc from the west, you must find your way to the forest to meet a Spirits God.
  21. Hi, just a little things i've experimented myself : do not forget to set damage on "True" or else you will do less heal if your ally got a lot of defense !
  22. For the test i've made and my own experience i think it's correct. Also, if the "class" speed is set static, the weapon speed will be settled on it.

Hi everyone, I've started looking at intersect last week, and since i can't do what i want on this engine (Too much missing feature for my actual needs) I'm going on another kind of project : Beast Realm, the player will play as Spirit who can take shape in differents animals and protect their land from human, orcs and other invasion. I will make a post about it later. Everything is destructible and will have long time of respawning in later gameplay ( there's npc and things but it would spoil story) So here's the first map where you get captured by the Orc Slaver ! ' And the second with the escape tunnel: Also made Three quest and one with multiple answers Of course i've only done this with the asset inside the engine as there is a lack of details, but i'm looking for more things wich could give more "life" to the map. Hope you will enjoy and if you have some questions/note, just feel free to do.
