How make second hotbar

Help, I have no experience in programming, I want to make a second hotbar with skills, preferably in detail (if not difficult).

That won't work yet as the feature doesn't exist as of yet. 

 

But once it does you'll have to change that and then edit the layout file like you would for any interface element to make it work.

I need to enter "MaxHotBar = 10" in config.json, and then what needs to be done in "HotBarWindow.json" 
P.s studying, trying to figure it out, it’s hard to come out .. and in general I’m not a programmer, unfortunately

This feature is now included in the latest version, does anyone know after increasing the ""HotbarSlotCount":" in server config, what is the next step to add additional bars to the client in-game?

you probably need to modify something in the client.config file.

Not the client configuration, but the hotbar json file will definitely need to be updated to encompass the new slots.
