Problem whit Public access

Hi guys, I'm Argentine (sorry for my English). I'm creating a game and I wanted to play with a my friend, but we can't put it online. I already opened the ports and I do the instructions in the tutorials, but I still get this message

 

 

Could someone tell me what configuration problem I have?

Hi, yes. I follow those steps. I tried many different options and settings. but in the tutorials and guides they never get my problem. everywhere appear "your game is accesible to the public". obviously I already disabled antivirus and firewell

Your router is configured correctly, and this line confirms that you've properly configured your pc:

 

When your external ip as seen by our server, and as seen by your router varies that is NOT a good sign:

 

That generally means your network traffic goes through a CarrierNAT (confirmed by the 100.X.X.X address). That CarrierNAT is likely blocking the ports, and you'll have to get them to open them if possible.

por eso para ahorrarme el bardo pagué el host de JC 

(Eso si tenemos 140ms aprox)

me parecia que el Internet era el problema, tengo CPEnet es una versión pueblerina de Telecentro, crees que con Speedy o arnet pasa igual? probe con los datos del celular tambien XD

With "Arnet" you can open the server very well n.n
But the "Countryside" internet providers like "CPEnet" doesn't work for Intersect

Con Arnet el server te funca de 10 n.n

Pero el internet de campo o cooperativas no funcionan para intersect

Its on NA or EU
I preffer the NA Server hosting service
(We play at 160ms here on Argentina)
Its the best host at the moment

jugamos a 160ms pero ni se sienten acá en Argentina
