    More options of calculating with variables has been available in version 6.2. Setting this question as answered.

    I figured out a workaround for the problem.
     
    I have the Player Variable with text ID 1.
    When I check the value of Player Variable with text ID X I use show text with \pv{1}
    Result is False.
     
    When I changed X to for example 7000 and \pv{7000} correct value is shown.
     
    I tried to change it back to 1 but something is broken with old Player Variable text ID 1.
