I need your help, how  can i regain and keep up my motivation about game making ? (it happens a lot of times)

Hahah, glad you asked me! They guy who spends 1 week working on his game, and then nothing for 3 weeks!  

But seriously, work on your own pace, work on stuff you feel like doing and don't make any promises to people following your stuff. It's motivating to post stuff you created, so make sure you have some thread where you update people on what you've been doing.

When you don't feel like doing anything, just don't do it, it will only burn you out. So that's also why you should not make any promises. Once you set deadlines and tell people stuff is coming, you are going to have to force yourself.

I have a small community for my game (nobody really replies, but I have some followers). I told them I would work on it when I wanted/could and that I will release a battle tech demo at some point. No promises about when or about progress being made, but still a motivator for me to actually start working towards that battle tech demo!
