Layers and Tile Question/Idea?

TheSandersLad

Question

Do you think there is way to make it so the tile layer your on effects the maps layers? Like when your character is behind a fringe1 rock/wall while on the ground layer:

There are no good options for this scenario that I know of. Any sort of custom map layer rendering effects/trickery would be hard - think about handling that with 2 players. Can’t have it both ways at the same time.

Only things I can suggest is to block off the wall or block the ability to reach the peak.

Don't Intersect already have a terrain-level attribute? I don't use it for quite a while now, but I remember something like this in it.

Yes, this should work with the Z-Dimension.

Its a feature that is hidden in the editor and needs a bit of understanding but should be able to handle this :)
