No, not at this time. Once the source is released you can literally do anything including all the above via code.

The engine is 100% free.  You /can/ donate to us here.  But no donation or payment is required no matter how much money you make with your game(s).

You choose the amount you want to donate on that page in US$. Afterwards Paypal will do the currency conversion for you.
