I had to log in again on all of my devices. This was detrimental to my calorie count today.

As has been said in all of the other questions regarding this same failure, the OpenGL 3 spec must be supported, either via supporting GL3 core or with extensions. There are a variety of metrics that you can compare graphics capability by, but there's no standard "level" to compare with -- you can only compare based on this one capability metric that is generally in the fine print for GPUs.

The message indicates the string that's missing. You need to go into your language file, and inside combat you need to define the targetoutsiderange string. This is not a typo, it's just missing. Below stat4 you need to add <string id="targetoutsiderange">Your message here.</string> to fix this until another release is published with this string.

You can always save the links, it's not like the files are deleted. The AGD filehost also doesn't display a bunch of unnecessary information and the links literally just download the file (tl;dr: a more reputable host). My comments about Smash were mostly a response to Phen, not you.
-
Oh, and also upload to our filehost rather than sketchyfire or sketchy.co.nz.
-
I mean if we were being true to Smash, the longer you hold up the higher you go until you hit the limit for a single jump. Also screenshots or gifs would be immensely preferable to downloading a RAR file and running whatever I find inside when I just want to see how much progress you have made rather than run it.

This is definitely more lively than Eclipse.

Ah ok. I don't really have a suggestion on brand for USB A, but would have said LaCie for C. Go for a cheap 1TB USB3 external. Look at Transcend, WD and Seagate at the very least.
-
You said you got the 2016 model, does this mean you have the type C ports?
-
I would stick with the MacBook Pro. It's more powerful than the build Adams suggested, and quite frankly 4GB of RAM is not enough to run VS (given that it requires the OS running too) well unless that's all that's running. The MBP will almost certainly be more performant and won't require spending any money or take up additional space.
-
It has since been added. This will be available in Beta 4 which has yet to be released as of posting this.
-
This now exists, though this should have been in tutorial requests (if the section even existed when this question was posted originally).

Not really. The server thus far has only been tested with maybe ~10 or 20 connections. Given how many improvements have gone into the engine, we really can't say for sure what the limit is, and the limit is somewhat defined by the machine running the server.

See this answer to a similar question for enabling it along with this post for usage

I'll look into getting higher resolution support into Intersect this afternoon, but likely if it requires me hooking up my computer to my TV (my only display above 1080p) it'll have to wait until I get an HDMI cord long enough for that.

Is there a way to make a single player game with this engine?
panda replied to Sorgesh's question in Questions & Answers
I would have used a pipe wrench for the metaphor instead, but otherwise I agree for the most part with PixelFox. That being said, I believe in the future if someone modifies it to do so, Intersect will prove more beneficial for single player games than RPG Maker because you will have access to all of the source code. If you believe you can do that yourself, or are willing to hedge your bets that someone will do so, then I would say that Intersect will not be a bad choice to make now in the interest of long term progress. -
Changing the number of tiles in the map is not something we support. The engine is designed to work with the 26x32 dimensions. Use it at your own peril. Also there's literally a pinned answered question about this had you looked:
-
Like I said, a computer capable of running the engine should be. Most potatoes do not even work with the engine because they're too old. Cards capable of supporting the engine should have at least 512MB of VRAM (2008 models and later, which is when the minimum OpenGL spec that the engine requires was released). No map should be utilizing more than 3.4MB VRAM per cached layer, so worst case scenario is that the engine will use ~300MB VRAM if and only if they enable a hidden feature that is disabled by default, otherwise their usage should be roughly ~100MB VRAM. If that hidden feature is enabled, there may be issues. Without it, any potato capable of even running the engine should have no issue.
-
It would only impact VRAM consumption, not RAM, given that the tileset is already loaded into memory. Any computer capable of running the engine likely has sufficient VRAM to support caching maps renders with 64x64 tiles. Changing map dimensions however will impact both, and would result in a backwards incompatibility with maps already made.
-
I'm seeing two separate trains of thought here... @Veruse, are you referring to trying to change the tile size from 32x32, or the number of tiles on the map (which is something along the lines of 26x32 right now)?

Other consoles? You mean it doesn't have crossplay with the Xbone? If it doesn't have crossplay with the Xbone, the Xbone clearly doesn't have crossplay with it. No idea what other consoles you could be referring to, aside from Nintendo's consoles.
-
No crossplay? FF14 and Rocket League are both crossplay games with PC. Xbone doesn't have the former, and it got the latter way later than the PS4 (and doesn't have crossplay with the PS4).
-
I already contributed by saying PS4 — Crusty didn't comment like he did because it was off topic, he just has unjustified hatred towards the Switch because it's not a power hungry limited PC in a tiny box like the other two. PS4 has all of those extras and it isn't Microshit.
-
Why the hate for the Switch? It has more exclusives worth playing than the Xbone.
