  1. So a coworker of mine invited me to the skatepark tonight. I was hesitant to go considering I haven’t really skated in like 10 years but it sounded exciting still. I went and oh man I had a blast. I did a nollie hardflip and this dude who was really good at skating asked me if I wanted to play a game of skate to which I said “nah, I suck” and he said “dude, you just did a nollie hardflip. You’re good enough” so I did. I lost by one letter but it was close and super fun lol Unfortunately, I didn’t get much footage of me except for a little video of nothing really impressive but here it is lol Just wanted to post about the most fun I’ve had in a long time. I’m also probably going to start skating again more frequently as well. I had forgotten how much fun it is.
  2. @Xeno Hey man I was just wondering if you were still producing music, and if so do you have anything in the works? Anyways, nice uploads man. Definitely some nice finds.
  3. 1. Intersect does not have a pet system. With that said there is a little system you can make with events but the “pet” will not follow you and only attack whatever npcs you tell it to. 2. There currently is no way to taunt an enemy. At least not that I know of. I believe the way enemies work in intersect is they simply target the player dealing the most damage. Though, I could be wrong on that as well. Hope this helps in some way.

  7. Could just be me but I feel like the retro pixelated art in the first pic clashes with the non-pixelated look on everything else. Wouldn’t mind seeing the in game graphics though
  8. Looking great man! Only suggestion I have is to maybe add shadows beneath the tree autotiles. Since there is what appears to be a thick tree canopy I feel like a shadow would make sense. Just my two cents. Either way looking great as always!
  9. Checked out Cyber Rain and it was pretty catchy. Thanks for all the free music and sounds! I know its probably a lot of work and the fact that you release these for free is just awesome.
  10. How about controlling vitals(stats) through events? This way an event could temporarily buff/debuff a player.
  11. What @Xenogene is saying is that you need a proper pet system in place to do this. There is currently no proper pet system in intersect. Now, using events as you have, you can set a timer with the wait command. After that simply have it despawn the npc that has been spawned.
  12. Don’t use an npc first off. Use the resource editor. It’s specifically designed for what you’re wanting to do. In the resource editor you can specify which tool should be held in order to harvest the resource.
  13. Game looks cool. I don’t mind the way the new starters look but after some of the last few generations of Pokémon have been I didn’t have my hopes up either. All in all, I think that it looks pretty good to me.

  17. This is a pretty clever way of checking inventory space. Can’t say I would’ve thought about doing this myself. One question though, shouldn’t there be an event that sets the temporary variable back to 0 after calculating how much inventory space is available?
  18. Hey guys! I know its been awhile since I've updated this thread but there has been a few additions to the Mythirl Age patreon page that I haven't put up on AGD. First, I have released an animations pack with 18 custom animations. I've also added a temple tileset, a walls expansion set, and a pack of four elemental knights(earth, wind, water, and fire).   22. Another Update: I've released a set of 9 sprites designed with the idea of these characters being the main hero's, or even the villains, of your game. Included are 3 male characters, 3 female characters, an Orc character, an Undead character, and what I call a Ghoul character. I hope you enjoy these sprites and find them useful. To gain access to these sprites, as well as other graphics such as tiles and more sprites, simply make a small pledge of $5 a month to the Mythril Age patreon page.
  23. Happy new year everyone! In celebration of the new year I am releasing a couple new tilesets! Included are a couple new tree edits, some wooden bridge tiles, palm trees, new cliff edges in autotile format, and some market canopy stands.
