A system where you can set amount of time for loot to appear to other players. 

 

A system that can handle the below, hardcoded or with config settings:

 

Player gets killed by NPC -> Loot appears to other players in X seconds

Player kills NPC -> Loot of NPC appears to killer immediately, after X seconds to others

Player kills Player -> Loot of player appears to killer immediately, after X seconds to others

 

 

Harder expansion: Person who sees loot first is the person who dealt the most damage -> Would need a way to track damage dealt to the NPC or player since last time the HP was full.

I've just supplied a PR with something similar. 

 

The loot shows up for everyone at the same time still, but only the owner and their party can pick it up for a configurable amount of time.

Just finished the PR so that hiding the item for people that can't pick it up is configurable.
