I can already see they are not aligned AT ALL, like not even close, so start with that. Make sure you have a grid of 4x4 squares and center your dragon in those.

Chars go in Entities folder. All stuff that a character can wear and will change the looks of your character by equipping something go in the paperdolls folder. Hairs are not really nicely done at the moment so you either need to make different characters for different hairs, or you need to make hair equippable. PS: embarassing,,,

Why don't we just add an animation based on direction? (Maybe as an extra option) So in the spell editor you can choose which animation it will play if you are looking up, down, left or right I know it's extra work to set up, but if we add it as an option, it will only be extra work for the people who are already willing to put in the extra work. So I would say that for an animation you can set: Rotate, flip, static And in the spell editor you can set animations for up, down, left, right. (Maybe with a checkbox next to the different directions, and when the checkbox is empty, the direction is greyed out and it will automatically use the animation for 'up'. Also, it would be perfect for spells that look weird when rotated. Like in here: Especially the flying dragon spell would need a different animation for the up and down directions to look good! (I know this is an example for my own project, but Im SURE that other people will run into the same problem) That's something that would be perfect IMO, of course I dont know how hard it is, and what others think. Maybe there are also better options, Im open for discussion!

Yes, but realistically speaking you will not have more than 100(MAX) players on at the same time. If your project is getting enough attention to have more than that, you will know and you can plan accordingly. You should also consider picking your staff more carefully if you are afraid that you will have too many admin accounts running around abusing their powers. Normally 1 admin per 50 players should be more than enough.

Why would a friendly stun remove the stun effect? I dont think this feature will be added in the base engine. You will probably have to do it when source comes out! Will be ezpz though -

Looks very nice! I have a couple of questions :) Is it open source? In which language is it written? What do you mean with ยป Global server battle system? Will it be in a similar vein to Intersect with editors and the like? (Sorry, can't download at work, so some of these questions might be easily answered by myself) -
Does your cloak have an actual backsprite? Edit: looks like it does in your screenshots. Check if your armour is not on the wrong equipment slot and otherwise it looks like a bug to me.

Alright folks! That's it then. Sign up is CLOSED. Now for some more specifics: Puzzle can consist of multiple puzzles. So you can have a quiz, and also a maze. (Hope you gonna be more creative than that) So you can make some dungeon that you have to solve with multiple puzzles. HOWEVER, no combat! The deadline is Friday the 13th!!! Oooohhhhhhh spooky!
