@Ainz Ooal Gown Awesome track. It reminds me of this one from Neverending Story: As a sidenote. These and other like-minded tracks are a major inspiration for synthwave in general. Neverending story was released in 84'. Giorgio Moroder the artist for "Ivory Tower" is so legendary that Daft Punk have a whole song dedicated to him Another infamous track by Giorgio:

I like the overall concept. However, the maps are lacking character and depth. Here's an example map from Nightmare to give some inspiration:

The only issue I see with using 2D skeletal animations on pixel art, is that it skews the graphics. With vector art this isn't an issue. Other than that, it's not a bad idea.

This is not possible with the current engine. Would only be possible, if a condition was created for movement. You can always make a request in bugs/suggestions. Otherwise it would be possible to add your own conditions once source is released.

Looking good Zet. My only critique is that the tree trunks look too flat at the base for this perspective. Also, the cliff sides could use a dark color to emphasize the transition better.
