At the top of the shoutbox there is the line that says the following.  To benefit all members, please refrain from asking and providing support in the shoutbox.  Does this also include posting a link to a topic? As I see posting a link to a topic that I may have over looked not actually asking for support as there is a record about it so it would benefit the community?
