Try running the Intersect Server then try to compile again.

What code is the CS0152 error referring to?
Please provide a complete screenshot of that code and the surrounding code.

Can't run : 

 

in english : Visual Studio can't run debogage, because the debogage target '...' is missing.

 

Generate the project et retry or define the properties OutputhPath and AssemblyName consequently for which point to the appropriate location of the target assembly.

Close visual studio and then open it again.

 

The hit Build -> Clean Solution then click Build > Rebuild Solution.
