got about a million more tiles to draw and then a billion or so sprites after that but i think it's coming along...

The trees are inspired by the universe of Zelda no ahah?
In any case good work, it's nice and original !

there might be a little bit of zelda, possibly, maybe, or a lot. lovely to look at but a real pain in the butt to actually place as tiles, as it turns out

actually i hated these cliffs so i did them again in the octagon style

 

 

after some more variation in decor is added i'll move on to interiors. or lava. dungeons, maybe. a swamp? i'm not sure.
