That's weird perhaps it's a problem on their end, but since you don't host your server maybe ask @jcsnider or whoever hosts it.

Hey it's probably something with the client you distributed to them since you can connect with your 2 computers? Maybe ask for their logs? I know what connection problem feels like and I hope u get it fixed.
