Basically what @Miharukun said. The source is not yet release, it'll be available to us all once we go into Beta if I understood things correctly, which was thought to be happening fairly soon.

JC and KibbelZ are working as hard as they can to finalize Intersect and release a source. He didn't release it right away because he wanted people to be able to develop and upgrade to new versions, if you modified the source in some occasions our Migrater would not work, so to avoid that but you can still build your game, he's releasing it after most key components are in. The roadmap covers the time frame they want to cover take into consideration deadlines aren't final and can't always be hit on time.

To avoid confusion saying its open source and having a broken link to the github could be removed from the main page. Though I understand wanting to promote the fact that it will be open source one day.
