Besides... for as long as the Eclipse community has been around and has used RPGMaker graphics, I'm fairly certain somebody would've stepped in by now if they actually gave a **** about it.

This. I managed to get my game Greenlit, but it was hard as Hell and I received a lot of flak from using RPGMaker graphics on a non-RPGMaker engine. I never did publish the game to Steam, though, and I've even shut down the servers entirely. Even if you don't get caught up in any legal issues like I somehow managed to avoid, you're going to have a hard time getting Greenlit.. quite a lot of people will call you out on the generic "oh look, another crappy RPGMaker-style game". If you insist on using these graphics and you don't plan on changing them, then do NOT let negative comments get you down! You'll eventually get Greenlit, I'm sure of it. It'll just take time. Another thing to keep in mind is that the "No" votes don't count toward anything when it comes to being Greenlit. I had a roughly 60%-30% split of No-Yes votes... despite that being pretty devastating, it didn't have an effect, and I still managed to get Greenlit anyway. I mean, I imagine you could always just throw in a disclaimer clearly stating you don't own the graphics, or just run them through some Gimp edits to make them as different as possible without too many changes or something else along those lines and you could probably be safe.. but I'm no lawyer, so don't hold me to that. So yeah, keep plugging away and don't back down, and you'll be Greenlit eventually!

Okay, now that I've roped you in with my title.. Check out this thing called Folding@Home. It's a distributed computing project developed by Stanford, and it's designed to simulate protein folding. The data obtained by this is used to help develop cures for cancer and a handful of other diseases. It automatically starts up when you boot your computer, so you don't have to worry about forgetting or anything, and you can access a small web client to adjust how much power it's using and which disease it's helping for, etc. If you're interested, I've included a link to the thing here. Well, currently, it's set as a 192x256 res, which seems to be a bit large (I've only ever seen/used 128x192). All in all, it's still really good work, Fox! Keep it up!

Depending on your tileset, I would suggest placing the lamp's base and it's lower column as Mask layers.
