Consider how you will convince us to help yours instead of working on ours. Don't: Offer admin/mod positions in exchange for work. You should trust your staff, not random people who might give you a little bit of free stuff. Ask for a team to build your game for you. It won't happen. Not following these guidelines will result in your threads being moved to the low-effort forum. If you're topic is moved to the low effort forum it needs to be revised and polished before it will be suitable for the recruitment board. This allows the recruitment forum to remain full of valuable posts and not overran with those that happen to be low effort. If you're post is moved to the low effort board you have 5 days to revise and fix it. You can then hit the report button and ask us to re-evaluate it and move it to the main recruitment board. If not fixed within 5 days it will be deleted. This way only serious projects make it through.

Changed the title to reflect the error. This is caused by a firewall or antivirus blocking your connection. Please disable both one at a time to figure out which one is the culprit and then turn it back on and add an exception for Intersect Client and Intersect Editor

It worked last night. Is McAffee back online? What about the windows firewall? Please post a screenshot of your Hamachi window with the client failing to connect.

We are gonna clean up the panel a lot before release, we will definitely tackle that little caps mismatch.

We're actually hiding the Twitch Block for a bit because it adds several seconds onto the forum index loading time. I will see if I can optimize and reduce the impact here in the next few days.

Port forwarding is required to allow anyone to "access" something in your network. (Like a game server.) If anyone is already on your network, like family/friends in the house with you then you generally don't need to port forward. The only other option you might have is to use a VPN service like Hamachi but I hate recommending that due to speed.

Okay. Now go ahead and start your server and leave it running. Open up the client/resources/config.xml file and change the host from localhost to 173.245.54.78 Save the config.xml file and then try to login through the client. Does it work?

Hi all, In the past 24-48 hours I've switched out our Donation system so automate the Hall of Fame list and logging for me. @MCADAMS has set up a Discord Server for the community to use, and we started monitoring showing active Twitch streams from our members. Thew new sidebar blocks are as follows Donation Block: Pretty much the same, now shows your icons when you donate instead of your names. It also shows our donation goal and progress. Recent Posts: Recent posts are slimmed down, topic text is no longer displayed to make room for the new stuff. Discord: Check how many members are in our Discord server and quickly join up if you want! Twitch Streamers: We have to manually add you to our streaming list. If you are ever going to stream anything game-dev related let me or @Kibbelz know. We will gladly feature you on the site! Top Donors We have this at the bottom because it's the least useful but we want to recognize those who help us out the most! If you don't want to be shown here just let us know -- if this turns into a competition we won't complain Feel free to suggest other changes.
