It has since been added. This will be available in Beta 4 which has yet to be released as of posting this.

Probably only possible once it's open source. Unless there is some config file Im unaware of.

Any changes to the engine that aren't in an editor already or reflected on the development road map will only be accessible to you once the engine is open source, meaning you can physically open the engine's code and create what you wish.
