Avoid the player to attack

I'm seeking for a way by an Event or something else to avoid the player to attack, there is a way to do it with Intersect or no ?

Hi, what do you mean by "avoid the player to attack?" Like dodging, or making it so players cant attack at all?

While the player has a fly spell activated  i want to make him can't attack
