No, but you can emulate that.

 

Imagine you are going to travel using a boat so your character teleports for your current city pier to another city pier. Well, what you can do is creating an empty and safe map with the image you want to use as a cutscene as the overlay graphics(you can set this in the intersect editor, map properties, misc settings). So you make your character to teleport from your current map to this empty, safe map with the cutscene, make it wait a few seconds and then teleport it again to the final destination. The bad point is that it is an static picture, so you won't be able to use loading bars.

I thought of that, but wont the GUI screw everything up?
