How to add weapon level?

I have a sword and i wanna use it after then 25LV

i tried this steps:

but im still can use it in level 1 :/ 
(not founds are not problem for this level system. systems are working but fonts have some problem for "me" my pc culture settings)

1) Create a Condition List.

2) Place all Conditions you want within that one list.

3) Save and it is done.

You have two conditions assigned. If either of those two conditions are met, you can equip it.

Oh its fixed with 1 condition but.. I wanna do the equip system just for Warrior class and Min 25LV system.

i mean if you are mage and 25 lv you cant equip it because of your class.

  you must be warrior and lv 25 how can i do it with 2 conditions?
