Lurv's NPC Dresser

Recommended Posts

I made a program for my project I thought i'd share.

It's basically a program that lets you combine paperdolls into one compiled character file.

Basically, you can dress NPCs using the base character sprite with player paperdolls.

Paperdolls appear in this order:

  • Head
  • Torso
  • Legs
  • Character sprite

Here's the download:

Awesome! Faster working on making paperdoll xD

Thanks for the share Lurv!

You're welcome, but keep in mind that this is not for making paperdolls, it's for making NPC characters. It loads a character file and puts paperdolls of your choice on them, then you can save it into one complete sprite.

I will definitely be using this tool, and would love to see more layers incorporated! (Hair, Accesories, Back, Weapon left/right, etc.) Very cool, cheers!

I can make this. I made a layer for facial hair, but i could easily make weapon, shield, etc

@lurv what would be most effective is a dynamic list for layers only having 2 images rendered. One for the selected item and one for the finnished result.

I'm not sure what you mean by this, please elaborate further
