port 5400 issue

You know what it might be, I installed the server on a WIndows server 2012, I already disabled the firewall, I already checked with the hosting, but only the API port is open, port 5400 I can't access from outside

The API port 5401 works, now if I change the server port to 5401, and from the API 5402, port 5401 is closed, it seems that the server cannot open its own port, and only the API port

So the server is 2012 and is with a hosting company or ? The hosting itself might have a firewall. For instance on my Amazon AWS I have to open the firewall on the server, Ubuntu in my case, but I also have to open the firewall in the AWS console for that server instance.

The API runs on TCP and the game connection is on UDP. It looks to me like you didn't allow inbound connections over UDP.
