Can i make player move through the NPCs

Title is the question.Can i make player move through the  NPCs?please help.

Simple answer:

Use projectiles with knockback that come out of the NPC's spells.

 

Complex answer:

1) Make an NPC

2) Make an event

3) If you want a movement spell: Make the event randomly move the player and act as if it was the NPC that moved you.

 

Still not making the player move through the NPC which he asked for. You can as Bunny said make the player push the NPC out the way or something along those lines, but not move/walk through the NPC.
