Quest not working

I followed all the tutorials and set my quest up but when i go and speak to the NPC Event, he talks to me but never offers me the quest, i have it set to show the offer window im not sure where to go form here because when i talk to him its just closes the dialogue

i was able to figure it out, i had 2 of the same start conditions on it, when i took them both off it work!

Could be a bug. Does your quest have any start conditions? If they are not met the offer won't appear.

Show us the 2 pages of the event and its spawn conditions, the problem may be not the quest but the event

When you have 2 or more pages that meet the conditions the last one is the one that will spawn(for example, if the conditions are met on pages 2, 5 and 9, the page displayed will be the 9). If you set the spawn conditions empty on all pages, all will meet the conditions an the event will display the last page
