More like every few minutes.  While this text is good for us devs we can see how it can be annoying. Sur you could delete the text (<string id="saved">Your progress has been automatically saved.<string> in the Server.English.xml  But the engine woul show a empty lines instead of "Your progress has been automatically saved."
