Pretty neet, im sure this will help someone however these days most users tend to stay away from the commercial issues going with rpg maker graphics. Sad considering its the largest of the resources.

What about if I would buy XP maker? Would I be able to use its graphics in my game?

No. RPG maker graphics can only be used in RPG maker. No exceptions.
