Newest Dev Build Client won't load?

Hi!

I just tried to run a fresh copy of the dev build and I get this error when opening the client. Also nothing in the log files.

For a little update on this, turns out I broke it and somehow managed to make it work just for me due to some funky dependency. 

 

Jc seems to have it working on his side.

You've been giving the most nonsensical answers lately and I'm just going to say this one is even worse. 

 

 

As for the actual cause, we've found when it began.. But not sure what causes it exactly yet.
