Server closes automatically

Question

hi, I have a problem when I open the server, it clses immediately. these are some screenshots of the errors:

In server/logs sometime  appear:

Is that Windows XP? I'm not entirely sure the game and server can run on that at all. 🤔 (and given the lack of support for it from Microsoft I don't think it's worth trying to support it on our end either)
