0 Mcadams Posted July 8, 2018 Posted July 8, 2018 Pretty sure it's an unfinished feature that doesn't work properly yet. So right now it'll just do as you said, but in the future I think it's suppose to block attacks / reduce damage.

My baseline test seem to suggest not from NPCs, though I haven't tested to see if this feature is designed to work in pvp or not.
