Sky Platform Effect

Hello,

 

Ive seen some people making a background that moves slowly or doesnt move while ur character is walking around, giving a platform in the sky effect.

 

How is this done? the forum search didnt pick anything up for me.

The panorama is for changing the background that renders under the tiles. Overlay is for adding things above the player and tiles, like clouds/fog/rain.

Same thing exists in the RPGMaker engines.
