The ressource editor dont have the feature and don't have the possibility to launch event after the ressource has been broke. So you will not be able to do what you want.

Gibier is correct about the feature not being implemented; however, there is something you can do.

 

1) Create a Common Event that gives Experience when called (No Conditions).

2) Create an item: "Ore."

3) Create an item: "Small Experience Potion"

4) Do not make it a consumable, but an Event that calls your Common Event that you just made.

3) Create "Resource Node."

4) Assign Ore to Drop 1, and assign Small Experience Potions in Drop 2.

5) Done!

 

So, when you mine the node, it will give you the Ore and a Small Experience Potion. Drinking said potion will call the Common Event to grant the player experience.
