Use RPG Maker 2000 Sprites

Question

Posted

Im aware that theres a tool to convert VX to XP sprites, but using that for 2k to XP makes everything oriented all wrong (south in the north position etc).
Is anyone aware of a RPG Maker 2k to XP converter, or is anyone aware of a way to make Intersect accept RPG Maker 2k charsets instead of XP?

Thanks.

I can say Id personally appreciate it, and I image if you put up a thread about it somewhere in here that someone else could make use of it too.

Just got reminded about this by your post. Finished it.

All this tool does is change

into the following:

Any other steps can be taken with tools that already exist on these forums. :)

Excellent, thank you!

I know Im a noob here, but I cant see any linked files or downloads to the program.

There should be a button to the right side of the linked page that links to the Download.

I don't think you will find a convertor for xp to vx here. Probably on google but not on AGD.

For now intersect isn't compatible for vx spritesheet. You will need the source with editation to be able to change that.

I could probably whip something up in the weekend, it's not the hardest thing to swap a few rows around. If I remember to I might take a peek tonight as well.
