Is there a way to incorporate npc's with events? Wondering what the best way to create some more advanced AI for boss npcs. Ideally Id like to have some events triggered when the boss's hp drops to a certain number of hp. Would like to change the sprite and combat style and aggression.

If you are interested in creating bosses there are some creative ways to utilize the event system's "On item use" trigger such as A boss with minions that drop an item that triggers an event to open blocked space in front of the boss for a brief window of time to attack it, gonna be a logistical stretch however

But as Kibbelz said anything more advanced than spawning and despawning the npc will require custom source edit
