Those resources are not to be shared.  Without the original graphics it would require beyond extensive coding background to look at the code and figure out what everything should be.  Maybe one day someone with the original graphics will create placeholders for everyone. It's unlikely, but until then this thread is for referencing the code and only the code which is available on Github.  Topic Locked
