I was reading the program to expire of the phases of Alpha Beta and 1.0.0 Steam, and I think I can't interpret this phrase well, could someone tell me what it means? Wouldn't we have to pay for a vps anymore?

The idea was to have a bridge network running that servers and clients would both connect to.

This was an idea that JC had but he has not worked on it since to my knowledge.

That said, bandwidth and the servers to run such a network are not free, so someone would be paying the cost.
