Any Plans for NPC Quality Of Life?

A long time ago I suggested that NPC Quality of life settings be added. Are there any plans for this to become reality, as all of the features in the post are really needed in the engine. If not are there any developers currently working on a source modification for this?

It won't be configurable on an NPC to NPC basis. But that's something I might get in for B7.

 

There's already several pending changes I have to get approved first though.
