How can i change the name of the game's window

Hello, i would like to change the name of the application in the window i made a build in visual studio with a new icon and changing the assembly info with my game's name but that only change the desktop application name not the name in the window as i show in the screenshot

 

also i have troubles setting my bmp icon, it looks very pixelated do you guys know why?
