I don't know if it exists on the intersect or if it is possible to do it, but the idea was that: the instant system was to generate private maps, where only the player or a certain number of players could enter this map, this system would be developed for selling houses, I also don't know if it would be ideal, but my idea was for these houses as objects that players could buy with cash and such.

you could go ahead and create  the maps then once open source hits code it. I imagine it wouldn't be something that would be very hard to implement.
