Padding resolution problem

Hello guys. Im trying to get perfect padding for this: http://prntscr.com/knyy21

But ofc i have some problem XD

i cant finding the best padding i think i have some fault on there <Alignments>Center</Alignments>
      Im putting the menu on left bottom but i dont know what to write for <Alignments>

 

When im changing resolution padding is going wrong like : http://prntscr.com/knyzld

Set padding to all zeros and alignments to:

Left,Bottom
